Planet Sport 2007 and 2008
Planet Sport is a 15-minute radio programme featuring sports news, comment and interviews with a Christian perspective. Series 1, featured here, began on 25 May 2005 and ended on 15 October 2008 after a run of 178 successive shows. Many top sportsmen and women have told their stories on the show including Gavin Peacock (ex-Chelsea and Newcastle footballer), Debbie Flood (2004 & 2008 Olympic rowing silver medallist) and Nick Farr-Jones (Australian Rugby World Cup winning captain 2001).
