The Paralympic World Cup is a grand prix style multi-sport event providing the biggest elite level disability competition outside of the Paralympic Games. Over 350 athletes from 49 countries around the world have been invited to attend and will compete in four sports:


2K Plus will have two reporters at the event producing news reports, features and interviews for radio stations worldwide.

Mike Flynn is one of our most experienced reporters having covered Olympic Games in Barcelona and Sydney, Commonwealth Games in Manchester and All Africa Games in Harare and Abuja. In September 2004 he led our team at the Paralympic Games in Athens.

Andy Atkinson has a personal interest in disability sport and plays disability basketball in a local league. Andy's first 2K Plus reporting duties were at the Paralympic Games in Athens where he interviewed several top Paralympians and gold medallists including Britain's Tanni Grey-Thompson and Canadian wheelchair basketball star, Travis Gaertner (see picture).
